Monday, July 25, Monetta White, the owner of 1300 on Fillmore Restaurant (and Omega Board member) welcomed the busy College Prep Academy students to her wonderful restaurant. In addition to having delicious food, the students find out what it takes to be a successful entrepreneur in this most competitive of environments.
